Return policy:

You can return an item within 14 days from the date you received the merchandise.
The return must be shipped back USPS, freight prepaid. NO UPS or FEDEX.
You will receive a credit, refund, or replacement, S&H charges will not be refunded. We can only issue refunds on orders in which a Credit Card or PAYPAL was used, otherwise a replacement or credit to your Alaskakreations account will be issued.
Special or custom orders cannot be returned. All merchandise should be examined upon receipt. Damaged items can only be replaced by an identical item.
S&H will be credited only for Alaskakreations’s errors if returned by USPS.
